Dropco has developed different types of oil recirculating systems as per design provided by the customer's This normally contains main oil tank (reservoir), elctric motors, pumps, pressure switch, float switch temperature indicator, heat exchanger, pressure gauge, flow switch strainers, duplex filter, drain valve, ball valve, heating elements and electronic control panel.

Note : Specification should be provided by customers as per their requirement.

Dropco has developed the durable basket type of in-line-filter. The body of filter made of aluminium casting and the elements of filter is made of stainless steel of 10 wire mesh having 149 u filtration. The element of filter can be re-used after cleaning. This filter is suitable for both pressure line and zero pressure line.The inlet and outlet port of this filter is available in both 1" BSP and ½" BSP. The drain port ¼" BSP has also been provided for drain out the dirty oil from filter body.The main advantage of this in-line filter is that the element of filter can be cleaned without disturbing the pipe line.This filter is suitable for flow up to 200 LPM. The element and body of filter is suitable for mineral / petroleum based oils. Separate element of this filter is also available.Port for installation of visual indicator has also been provided at the top cover and pull the basket of filter in the downword direction, then open the element of filter with the help of spanner.

Note:Different filtration rating or micron size of element can be provided as per cutomer requirment with additional cost.

Above mentioned models are pneumatic operated type of barrel grease pump. 5-7 kg/cm² air pressure is required for proper working of this pump. The pressure plate or dead weight has been provided in these pumps to avoid the air gap. These pumps are suitable for transfer the grease and pressurised filling of different pump i.e pneumatic operated grease pump model DPn-GP 1500- 10 & grease feeder model DGF - 250, DGF- 500 and radial lubricators.

NOTE :- Remove the pressure plate or dead weight outside from the bottom of Reservoir before filling the grease in the reservoir. Insert the pressure plate or dead weight in reservoir after filling the grease in the reservoir.

Discharge - 300 to 400 gms per minute, Max. Pr.-150Kg/Cm², Air input pressure 5-7 Kg/Cm². with rubber hose & grease gun. This pump Is suitable for transfer the grease with greater discharge.

NOTE :- Drum shown in the figure is not the part of item. Mobile trolley can be provided with additional cost, if required by the customer. Remove the pressure plate or dead weight outside from the bottom of reservoir in case of empty of drum and insert the pressure plate only with pump to the new drum filled with grease.

DROPCO hose reel assembly is specially designed for oil and grease lubrication in different sizes like 1/4”, 1/2” & 3/8” Dia and 5 mtrs., 10 mtrs. & 15 mtrs. length with R-2 rating hose in coiled shape.

Grease gun and couplers can be supplied with hose as per users need for lubrication.
